Features an eagle modeled after the one on the front of the Great Seal of the United States.
Obverse
Shows two runners carrying the Olympic torch. To the left is the five-ring symbol of the Olympics and below is the number XXIII (23) of 1984's Games. This coin is the first ever to bear the "W" mint mark of the West Point facility.
